If you’ve followed my journey through The Tracy Nicole Brand and SheFire Circle, you already know my heart beats for community, connection, and purpose. I’ve spent years helping women, teams, and organizations tell their stories, align with their values, and lead from a place of authenticity.

Now, that same spirit has grown into something new: Kindred Leadership™.

Kindred Leadership was born from the belief that leadership is not a solo act. It’s a shared journey. It’s a consulting and coaching practice grounded in the African philosophy of Ubuntu, which means “I am because you are.”

Through Kindred Leadership™, we’re creating spaces where connection fuels growth, collaboration drives impact, and every partnership is on purpose. Our suite of services tailored coaching, consulting (for small businesses and individuals), and collective learning experiences exists to help leaders build, belong, and become.
