About the Founder
Tracy N. Stokes, M.Ed. is a serial entrepreneur, author, poet, educator, and cultivator of community. Her work has always been guided by one truth: leadership is not a solo act—it’s a shared journey.
Through her ventures—The Tracy Nicole Brand, SheFire Circle, and now Kindred Leadership™—Tracy has built spaces that empower people to tell their stories, align with purpose, and lead with authenticity.
Kindred Leadership™ was born from that same heartbeat of connection. It is where community comes to life—where collaboration turns into action and partnerships are created on purpose. This consulting and coaching practice embodies everything Tracy has championed throughout her career: courageous conversations, inclusive experiences, and the belief that we rise by lifting one another.
